He is survived by: his stepdaughter Monica Perkins of Rochelle; his daughter Meagan Holthaus (Chris) of Breese, IL; his stepson Michael Brown of DeKalb, IL; his sisters, Cathy Godfrey (David), Sharon Koter (Bill) and Debbie Katchmar (Andy) of Bloomington, IL; his grandchildren, Jonathon, Emma Holthaus, Jack Perkins (Tony), Mila Morrell and Nathan Brown; and his great grandchild Ari Morrell.
