Armstrong (Tacker) of Wynne, AR; his daughters, Jenna Stern of Rockford, IL and Jamie Armstrong of Rockford, IL; his brother Roger Armstrong (Suzie) of Creston, IL; his grandchildren, Lindy and Lawson Stern; and his sibling's children, Tiffany Siebrasse, Stephany Gleich (Jeff), Valerie Gonzalez (Eric) and Randall Armstrong, Jr. (Veronica). He is also survived by nine great nieces and nephews.
