He is survived by: his children, Bill Winebaugh (Natalie) of Lost Lake, IL, Kelly Kempson (Gene) of Rochelle, Micki Dettman of Sterling, IL and Tracy Richardson of Rochelle; his daughter-in-law Barb Winebaugh of Rochelle; his caregivers, Heather, Krissie and Sissy; and his grandson Noah Richardson. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren.
