He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Baker and Mary Ann Baker (Hufford); and his siblings, Judy Finnestead and Rick Baker. He is survived by: his wife Lori Anne Snell; his sons, Mike Baker (Marie), John Baker (Susan), Christopher Baker (Heather) and Jacob Baker; his grandchildren, Marissa Cook (Bryce), Mariah Strangman (Dominick), Morgan Baker, Leo Baker, Macklin Baker, Cooper Baker and Emily Baker; his brother Dave Baker (Maggie); and his close friend Ed Catron.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:50 AM at the Unger Horner Funeral Home (400 N 6th St, Rochelle, IL 61068). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
