He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Schinzer and Mary Alice Schinzer; his brother Frank; his sister-in-law Dorothy Schinzer; his sister Arlene; his siblings-in-law, Ralph Glaser (Bud) and Carol Schinzer; his niece Beverly Sanders; his great-niece Cynthia Joy; his in-laws, Stanley and Edna Cleveland; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Cleveland, James Ball, Dale Stein, Delores Ball, Kathryn Cleveland and Judy Cleveland.
He is survived by: his wife Lea Schinzer; his children, Richard Schinzer, William Schinzer (Martie), Craig Schinzer (Sue), Steven Schinzer (Laurie), Charles Schinzer, Kelly Usilton (Bill) and Timothy Schinzer (Laura); and his brother Gene Schinzer. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church and School or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
