We bid farewell to Kathy Bailey (Rochelle, Illinois), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 26, 2025 at the age of 71. Kathy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Kathy had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Kathy may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her mother Lillian Mae (Puckett); her sister Kay Mills; her brother-in-law Roy Mills; her brothers, Patrick Bailey and Robert Bailey; her brother-in-law Robert Krocker; and her great-niece Talia Weaver.
She is survived by: her father Woolford Gilbert Bailey; and her siblings, Patricia Mittag (Douglas) and Mike Bailey (Mary). She is also survived by seven nephews; nine nieces, and numerous great nephews and nieces.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First General Baptist Church (500 S 12th St, Rochelle, IL 61068).
