The memory of Mary Ann Baker (Rochelle, Illinois), who passed away on June 11, 2025 at the age of 92, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Hufford and Ann Hufford (Heckman); her husband Wayne W. Baker; her children, Rick Baker and Judy Finnestad; and her brother Charles Hufford.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Baker (Lori) of Machesney Park and Dave Baker (Maggie) of Rochelle; her grandchildren, Michael Baker (Marie), Paul Mcloud (Katrina), John Baker (Susan), Chris Mcloud, Molly Baker, Doug Baker (Megan), Mandy Huckabee (Travis), Leann DeWitt (Andy), Rachel Huff, Courtney Tapscott (Dave), Chris Baker (Heather), Brittany Catron and Jacob Baker; her sister Kay Bender; and her close friends, Ed Catron, Pam Baker, Lori Catron and Jody Willis. She is also survived by 28 great grandchildren, several great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (1415 10th Ave, Rochelle, IL 61068). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to The Frieda Pickreign/Jane Reineck Scholarship Fund at St. Paul Lutheran Church.
