She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Williams and Cora Marie Williams (Loyd); her husband Chuck; her children, Charles Eugene, Janice Dubbs and Judy Hatfield; her son-in-law Harry Dubbs; her grandson Christopher Todd; and her siblings, Vera Golden, Noveline Busse, Harry and Ivan "Bud" Williams.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Milligan (Brett) of Rochelle; her son-in-law Doug Hatfield of Rockford; her grandchildren, Jeff Hatfield of Rockford, Kevin Hatfield of Rockford, Chad Dubbs (Lisa) of Naples Fl, Matt Milligan (Shelly) of Ashton, Tara Bybee of Rochelle and Crislene Dubbs of Freeport; her great grandchildren, Danika, Tori Hatfield, Jessica Milligan (Wyatt Atkınson), Abby, Parker Milligan, Mackenzie, Gabe Bybee, Braden, Mason, Camille Dubbs, Tristan, Faith Hatfield and Silas Harlson; and her great great grandchildren, Kaidyn Hatfield and Arya Olander.
