She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Eppes and Pearl Eppes (Craven); her husband Thurman L. "T. L." Holt; her siblings, Clarence, Jr., Kenneth, Jerry Eppes, Pauline Cowan and Viola Grantham; and her daughter Rita Holt.
She is survived by: her daughter Lynda Sassaman (Ron) of Rochelle; her grandsons, Tim Potts (Heather), Jim Potts and Tom Potts; her stepgranddaughters, Kim Burgess (Greg) and Sherri Smith (Kevin); her great grandchildren, Emily, Hannah, Dawson and Vivian; and her great great grandchild Chase. She is also survived by several step great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Unger Horner Funeral Home (400 N 6th St, Rochelle, IL 61068). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made in Vivian's memory to Church of Christ.
