With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Arlene Marie Minder of Rochester, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul E. Vogt and Theresa F. Vogt (Duncheon); her husband Ernest F. "Frank" Minder; and her siblings, Ann, Agnes and Paul.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie, Terry (Leigh Ann), Mick (Pam) and Gary Minder (Kim). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the Animal Protective League or the Central Illinois Foodbank.
