She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Barrall of Carbondale, IL, Jennifer Osmer (John) of Rochester, IL, Jody Haas (Jeffrey) of Navarre, FL and Kurt Johnson of Edwardsville, IL; her siblings, Melvin "Hop" Simmons of Flat Rock, NC, Kenneth Simmons of Litchfield, Wilton Simmons, Jr. of Litchfield, Joe Simmons of Litchfield, Joyce Gifford of Bement, IL and Lillie Blevins of Litchfield; and her grandchildren, Mason Osmer, Griffin Osmer, Weston Osmer, Hayden Johnson, Nina Johnson and Lauren Smith.
