He was predeceased by : his father James Churchill; and his grandparents, John Churchill, Larry Churchill, Clarence Springer and Freda Springer.
He is survived by : his mother Carole Churchill; his brother Brian Churchill (Lisa); his nephew Andrew Churchill; and his niece Molly Fahs.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Rochester Fire Department.
