She was predeceased by : her parents, Lawrence Goeckner and Clara Goeckner (Beckman); her husband Robert Beals; her sons, Mark and Gary Beals; and her siblings, Alfred Goeckner and Alice Goeckner.

She is survived by : her children, Jeff Beals (Kim) and Julie Kilby (Scott); her grandchildren, Seth, Bradyn and Mitchell Kilby; and her siblings, Ray Goeckner (Rose Ann), Steve Goeckner (Andrea), Mary Ann Donsbach, Norma Hoelscher and Rosemary Hoelscher (Robert).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wilson Park Funeral Home - Rochester (200 E Main St, Rochester, IL 62563). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Wilson Park Funeral Home (200 E Main St, Rochester, IL 62563). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Rochester Township Cemetery.
