He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl James and Ethel Pearl Cannedy (Squires); his wife Elfrieda Katowski; his son Steven Cannedy; and his siblings, Floyd Cannedy, Paul Cannedy, Rollin Cannedy and Donna Jurina.
He is survived by: his sons, Greg Cannedy (Kathe) of Rochester and Mark Cannedy (Sarah) of Pheonix, AZ; his grandchildren, Lauren Zimmerman (Zach) of Livingston, MT and Jess Krug (Henry) of Taylorville, IL; his daughter-in-law Nanci Cannedy; and his close friend JoAnn Yeaman. He is also survived by grandkids; and five great-great grandkids.
