He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Marie LaVerne Shoudel (Kepler); his wife Mary; his daughter Lynne; and his sister Carol.
He is survived by: his sons, Dr. John Shoudel (Maggie) and David Shoudel (Angela); his grandchildren, Celine Shoudel, Keeley Shoudel and Dalton Felber; his niece Tracy Schnorr (Daniel); and his nephew Todd Johnson (Lisa).
