She is survived by: her husband John Smith of Rochester, IL; her children, William Smith of Rochester, IL, Rachel Wolf of Beaufort, SC and Sarah Kemp of Dawson, IL; her grandchildren, Starla Wolf of Beaufort, SC, Rory of Dawson, IL, Greyson of Dawson, IL and Silas Kemp of Dawson, IL; and her siblings, Gary Costello (Penny) of Springfield, IL, Kelly Smith of Springfield, IL, Kathy Goebel of Springfield, IL and Bobbi Smith (Chris Curran) of Springfield, IL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
