He is survived by: his children, Tony Miller of Springfield, IL and Pam Newbanks of Atlanta, IL; his grandchildren, Addam Miller, Stephanie Hudson (Michael), Casey (Justin) and Urban; his siblings, Donald (Diane) of Springfield, John (Debbie) of Springfield, Ray (Sharon) of Springfield, Jesse Wake (Michelle) of Springfield, Patricia Thrasher (Doyle) and Tom Wake (Kathy); and his friend Gloria Fisher.
