He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Collins of Rochester; his sons, Greg Collins (Cheryl) of Rochester and Kevin Collins (Janet) of Girard; his grandsons, Timothy Collins (Liz), Ted Collins (Krissy) and Mitchell Prather; his great grandchildren, Millie Collins, Matthew Collins, Hailey Collins and Holly Jo Ann Collins; and his brother-in-law Charles Striplin.
