He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Raps and Naomi Raps (Todd); his wife Janice L. Eckhoff; and his siblings, Ruth Raps, John, Paul and Walter Raps.
He is survived by : his son Scott Raps (Nicole); and his grandsons, Jordan and Brandon Raps.
Memorial donations may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
