She was predeceased by : her parents, Leo J. Giesler and Adelene C. Giesler (Blessinger); her husband Dr. David B. Lewis, Sr. of Joseph's Infirmary; and her sister Norma Giesler. She is survived by : her children, Dr. David B. Lewis, Jr. (Christine Culp), Dr. Steven Lewis (Elaine Honomichl Lewis), Janet Kline (John), Mark Lewis and Fred Lewis (Cathy Murray); her grandchildren, Anne Rhine (David), Kathleen Lewis (Casey Foley), Kat Kline, David Kline, Will Lewis, Grant Lewis and Burns Lewis; and her great grandchildren, Finn Foley and Rhea Rhine.
