He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Koch; his children, Donna Sears (Jim), Terry Koch (Deb), Connie Alber (Jim) and Jodie Elmer (Scott Rosonke); and his siblings, Eugene Koch, Kenneth Koch (Sharon), Roger Koch, Don Koch (Rita) and Katherine Slamp. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established in his name for arthritis and Parkinson's research.
