He is survived by: his mother Shirley O'Neal (Bennett) of Rock Falls; his partner Shelley Rieselman of Rock Falls; his children, Bryan O'Neal of Rock Falls and Jaime Carlson of Loves Park, IL; his brother Paul O'Neal (Christy) of Lone Rock, WI; his grandchildren, Ryley, Payton, Dylan, Brady, Breanna and Kaitlin; his great grandchildren, Zander and Ka'Marion; his nephews, Jason and Justin O'Neal; his niece Amber Eng; and his close friend Bob Anderson.
