It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David L. Devine of Rock Falls, Illinois, who passed away on December 6, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leroy and Betty Jean Devine (Roush); and his brother James Devine. He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Williams (Mike) of Sterling and John Michael Devine of Rock Falls; his niece Shelley Stoudt (Brett); and his nephews, Scott Williams and Tyler Devine (Mellysa).
