He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald "Butch" Tompkins and Marilyn Mocklin; and his pet Max. He is survived by: his daughters, Amber Rus (Randy) of Rock Falls and Tara Celetti of Rock Falls; his brother James Bopes; his grandchildren, Rylee, Brandyn, Kenzie Rus, Chase and Macie Celetti; and his great-aunt Carol Cobble (Ed) of Plainfield. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
