It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred W. McCloud (Rock Falls, Illinois), who passed away on June 30, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Fred W. McCloud to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold McCloud and Ruby McCloud (Chambers); and his siblings, William, Arthur "Buddy", Doris, Nadine, Billy, Bob, Marilyn and Sharon Kay.
He is survived by: his wife Linda McCloud of Rock Falls; his daughters, Dawn Carbaugh (Brian) of Sterling and Krista McCloud-Hernandez (Leo) of Rock Falls; his siblings, Delores Sage and Ronnie McCloud; his granddaughters, Bri Carbaugh of Sterling, Paige Holland (Jon) of Byron, Alli Arnold (Mike) of Sterling and Kora Magill of Rock Falls; and his great grandchildren, Kaenyn Walker, Brohnx Magill, Caster Holland, Reagan Arnold, Zoey Arnold and Madison Arnold.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Harvest Time Bible Church (1802 Dixon Rd, Rock Falls, IL 61071). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials are designated for The Wounded Warrior Project or Harvest Time Bible Church.
