It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Eugene Rumley (Rock Falls, Illinois), who passed away on June 18, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Rumley; and his nephew Tevin Rumley. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Rumley (Crawford) of Rock Falls; his sons, James Rumley (Stacey) of Sugar Land, TX, Shawn Rumley of Rock Falls and Joe Rumley of Naples, FL; his granddaughters, Emma, Anna and Everly Rumley; his siblings, Ginny Whitebread (Larry) of Tampico and Bill Rumley of Rock Falls; and his close friend Sharon Burgess of Rock Falls.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Jim Rumley Memorial to assist with expenses.
