He was predeceased by: his parents, Dettmer Biller and Freida Biller (Heilener); his former wife Maxine; his siblings, Etta Mae Smith and Lyle Biller; and his granddaughter Cassandra Biller.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Biller; his children, Vicki Biller of Rock Falls, Steve Biller (Jane) of Rock Falls and Rodney Biller of Rock Falls; his stepchildren, Richard Williams (Shelly) of Sterling, Matthew Williams of Wauconda, Jay Williams of Bettendorf and Stacey Melsness of Sterling; and his brother George Biller of Milledgeville. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McDonald Funeral Home- Rock Falls (1002 12th Ave, Rock Falls, IL 61071). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shriner's Hospital, Chicago.
