It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy A. Nissen (Rock Falls, Illinois), born in Hammond, Indiana, who passed away on November 13, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ron "Papa" Nissen; her daughter Tina; and her grandson Aaron. She is survived by: her children, Robin Gaines of Bettendorf and Ryan Gaines of Morrison; her grandchildren, Tonia, Tory, Dominique, Alexandra, Marcus, Jackson, Noelani, Isla, Joseph, Calvin and Mariah; her great grandchildren, Ramzee, Calvin, Cordell, Laniya, Nahla, Zamaiya, Avianna, Dominic, Malaya and Rocco; and her brother George Townsend of Arizona.
