She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Quimby and Ruby Quimby (Hart); and her husband Donald Portner. She is survived by: her children, Dovie Tiemann, Peter Portner, Sr. (Paula), Charles Portner (Teresa), Leslie Portner and Bruce Portner (Kathy). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home (1121 N Galena Ave, Dixon, IL 61021). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
