With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Dennis Hudson of Rock Falls, Illinois, born in Sterling, Illinois, who passed away on August 12, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Ty" D. Hudson and Ida Mae Hudson (Robinson); his wife Sharon "Ernie" Hudson; his son Bud Robert Hudson; and his siblings, Sharon, Frankie Hudson, Lloyd Hudson and Mike Hudson.

He is survived by: his children, Kindra Leffelman (Brian Oester) of Amboy, Billie Jo Hudson (Brad Schreiner) of Rock Falls, Nancy Jo Barnum (David) of Rock Island and Dennis Hudson (Michelle) of Sterling; his siblings, Candace John Gray (Sue) of Rock Falls, John Hudson (Maggie) of Rock Falls and Tim Hudson of Dixon; and his grandchildren, John "Bud" Pearce (Destiny Dahler) of Rock Falls, Claudia Appleman (Bailey) of Amboy, Ashley Jo Barnum, Blake Hudson and Hannah Hudson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
