With sadness, we share the passing of Rozella C. Solis of Rock Falls, Illinois. Rozella, born on November 21, 1947, passed away on August 23, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son-in-law Arturo Nieto. She is survived by: her husband Rosendo Solis of Rock Falls; her son Joshua Martinez of Sterling; her stepdaughters, Sandi Cavazos (John), Betty Solis (Tony Martinez), Claudia Nieto and Delilah Berlanga; her half-sister Terry Boneos; her grandchildren, Johnny Cavazos, Tori Pitkin (Jorden), Nathan Cavazos, Charisma Martinez, Toni Martinez, Andrew Martinez, Treyvon Solis, Tayveon Solis, Irma Nieto, Abraham-Izmael Berlanga and Zakkai Berlanga; and her great grandchildren, Isabelle Pitkin and Sophie Pitkin.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McDonald Funeral Home (505 1st Ave, Sterling, IL 61081). A graveside service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (2102 E Le Fevre Rd, Sterling, IL 61081).
