It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Mae McNeil of Rock Falls, Illinois, born in Sandoval, Illinois, who passed away on May 25, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Weems and Dolores L. Weems (Powless); and her husband Rodney McNeil. She is survived by: her boyfriend Larry Seidel of Rock Falls; her children, Cami Emmerson (Brian) of Kasbeer, IL, Crissy Wade of Rock Falls and Larry Seidel (Sarah) of Sterling; and her brothers, Leon Weems (Cindy) of Mt. Carroll and Rocky Richmond. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great – grandchildren.
