She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Grimes and Opal Grimes (Scott); her husband Wayne Dirks; and her siblings, Marvin, Kenneth, Merle, Harold Grimes, Marie Calsyn, Kathryn Johannsen, Bonnie Haley and Doris McKenzie.
She is survived by : her sons, Keith Dirks (Kim) of Sterling, Kyle Dirks (Jody) of Sterling and Kelvin Dirks (Marian) of Reading, PA. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
