He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Archie DeClerck and Rachel DeClerck (Hauman); his wife Millie; his children, Skip DeClerck (Julie) of Marion, IA and Cheryl Feldner (Craig) of Franklin, TN; his grandchildren, Joshua DeClerck (Brandie), Jane DeClerck, Megan DeClerck and Sarah Earthman (Will); and his siblings, Carol Denny (Otto), Augie Calsyn and Alice Lopez. He was also cherished by 3 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Alzheimer's Association or American Diabetes Association.
