We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2024, at the age of 66, Beth Ann Neal of Rock Island, Illinois, born in Moline, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Beth Ann Neal to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles "Buck" Neal and Joyce Marie Neal (Walker); her siblings, Dolores Kaplan, Wayne Neal and Robert Neal Sr.; and her niece Valerie Razo.

She is survived by : her sisters, Sandy Wheeler and Charlotte Ramos; and her close friends, Scott Adams and Christy Koontz. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
