He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Halley and Grace Halley (Arnaman); his wife Shirley White; his daughter Tracey Hall; and his siblings, Lawrence Halley, Ruth Colvin and Faye Stalcup.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Sue Stewart (Tom), Ottumwa and John Halley; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Moorman, Benjamin Stewart, Matthew Stewart, Raven Hall, Melissa Hall and Rachel Halley; his great grandchildren, Tracey Hall, Sylvia and Stella Moorman; and his close friend Wanda Carnes.
