She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Johansen and Amelia Johansen (Bartholma). She is survived by: her husband Frederick J. Stephens; her children, Randy Stephens of India, Greg Stephens of Rock Island and Vicki Neal (Barry) of Bloomington, Minnesota.; her grandsons, Derek Neal (Catherine) and Kevin Neal (Laura); and her great grandchildren, Liam, Emmy, Nora and Nolan.
