He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Quinn and Sellers Judkins; and his brother Winston Shephard. He is survived by: his sister Latonya Judkins of Chicago, Illinois; his children, Brandi Hampton of Indiana, Breon Allen (Angel) of Georgia and Erica Cotton of Virginia; and his friend Timothy D. Wright (Magic). He is also survived by grandchildren; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory - Rock Island (3030 7th Ave, Rock Island, IL 61201). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
