He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Walker and Shirley Walker; his in-laws, Julian and Jeanette DePauw; his siblings-in-law, Marilyn DePauw and Eddie DePauw; and his niece Rachel.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret DePauw (Peg); his children, Jake Walker (Barbara) and Sarah Lounsberry (Adam); his grandchildren, Jack, Mara Lounsberry, Evan and Nate Barnell; his siblings, Mark, Adam (Tracey), Rexayne (Tony) and Sarah; his siblings-in-law, Joe, Bob DePauw (Pam) and Rosemary Osborn (Ed); and his uncle Harry Livingston.
A rosary was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory (3030 7th Ave, Rock Island, IL 61201). Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
