With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Colleen A. Winters (Rock Island, Illinois), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parent Kim. She is survived by: her children, Kate Price, McKenzie Mathews (Mike) and Alex Devine. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you raise a glass of wine in her honor, spend time with loved ones, and perhaps enjoy a good book—but if you just can't stop there, QC Paws would be a welcome spot to honor her memory.
