He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Thorpe and Margaret Sheil Thorpe; his sons, Shawn and Darrell Thorpe; his daughter-in-law Suzanne Thorpe; and his siblings, Wally Thorpe, Kathy Fourdyce and James Thorpe.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Thorpe; his son Patrick Thorpe; his grandchildren, Eliseo Noriega, Shawn Thorpe and Skylar Thorpe; his siblings, Tony Thorpe (Mary), Chuck Thorpe (Linda), Bill Thorpe (Virginia), Margaret Harmon (Bob), Fran Krahl, Tim Thorpe (Pam) and Dick Thorpe (Denise); and his siblings-in-law, Janice Thorpe and John Fourdyce.
