He is survived by: his children, Rick Burkhead, Bob Burkhead (Mary), Linda Guay (Mike), Rita Entsminger and Pamela Hall (Rich); and his sister Joan Hancks. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
