She is survived by: her husband Ronald Perkins; her sons, Danny Puckett, Jamie Puckett, Chad Puckett and Alan Severs; her stepchildren, Chad Michael Jacobs, Melissa Perkins and Matt Perkins; her grandchildren, Madelyn, Miles, Marshall, Ana, Amanda, Arrika and Emily; and her siblings, Jolynne Moone, Cindy Johnston, Kevin Killian and Karen Killian.
