She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Quick and Flora Quick (Taylor); her husband Champ; and her siblings, Rudolph, Adolph, Roy, Ronald Quick, William "Bill" Allbritton, Mamie Miller (Quick) and Elizabeth Quick.
She is survived by: her children, Kandy L. Branch (Wade Jr.) of Brooklyn Park, MN, Dena R. Williams-Newby (Darrick Newby) of Rock Island and Kristia L. Tinsley-LeShoure of Rock Island; her stepson Duane Tinsley of East Moline; her grandchildren, Tenisha Williams, Erika Lyn Williams, Jason Williams, Shanaya Dungey, Bianca Branch, Jena Holliday, Wade Branch III, Jeremiah Branch, Dillon Newby and Loryn Branch; and her nieces, Mary Harvard and Mamie Williamson. She is also survived by 4 great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
The family encourages guests to wear masks.
She was a member of the ACTIVE Club at MLK Center, helped with keeping score at QC Senior Olympics, and faithfully and generously donated to various charities.
