We are sad to announce that, on June 3, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Donald L. Smith of Rock Island, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Quentin Smith and Alice Smith (Lawson); and his brother Quentin Smith. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Czerwinski; his son Kyle Smith (Andrea); his stepsons, Matthew Czerwinski (Ericka) and Mark Czerwinski (Ronda) of Oskaloosa, IA; and his brother Peter Smith. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
