We are sad to announce that, on July 11, 2022, at the age of 77, Dorothy M. Davis (Rock Island, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Edward Harris, Sr. and Georgia Mae Strong (Harris); her husband Cleo Davis, Sr.; and her siblings, Rose Ruth Morrow (Jerry), Oliver Edward Harris, Jr., Charles Lenver Harris, Evelyn Jean Harris and Danny Ray Harris.
She is survived by: her children, Roland Wesley McCorkle, Deborah McCorkle, Gregory Allen McCorkle "Scutter", Alonzo Kyle and Cleo Davis, Jr. (Tara); and her stepchildren, Brandolyn Davis and Claudine Davis. She is also survived by grandchildren and 19 extraordinary great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions can be made at Trimble Funeral Homes, 701 12 Street Moline, IL and services will be held at Word of Life Church, 1804 7th Avenue Rock Island, IL on July 18, 2022.
