We are sad to announce that, on June 5, 2023, at the age of 81, Fernando J. Herrera of Rock Island, Illinois, born in Davenport, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosario Herrera and Maria Herrera (Torres); and his siblings, Raymond Herrera, Rebecca Terronez, Carmela Lira and Lyle Herrera.
He is survived by: his pet Bebe; his daughters, Stacey Wilson and Tracey Herrera; his granddaughters, Alicia Wilson, Angela Herrera and Samantha Herrera; his great grandchildren, Zayden, Sebastian, Isabella, Athena, Alex and Tony; his great great grandchild Givanni; and his siblings, Delores Segura (Lola) and Michael Herrera.
Memorial contributions may be made in support of the Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Iowa.
