She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Sr. Paris and Vella Holland Still Paris; her husband Charles E. Phillips; and her children, Sheryl Carlin, Charles and Larry Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Jean Phillips, Timmie E. Phillips (Elaine), Tommie D. Phillips (Deb) and North. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.
