He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Sauser and Mary R. Sauser (White); and his brothers, Thomas J. and Joseph N. Sauser. He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Cox; his wife Diana Logsdon; his daughter Katherine Phillips (Anthony) of Houston, Texas; his granddaughters, Alexandra and Josephine Phillips; and his siblings, Steve Sauser (Barb) of Cascade, Margaret Noonan (Joe) of San Antonio, Anne Sutter (Ron Carpenter) of Davenport, Allan Sauser (Doris) of Cascade, Mary Jane Driscoll (Dan) of Dubuque, Ed Sauser (Joan) of Monticello, Ray Sauser (Jane) of Dyersville, Bill Sauser (Vickie) of Worthington and Joan Sauser of Lawrence, Kansas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
