He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Cernetisch and Maxine Mae Cernetisch (Burgess); and his half-brother Earl Cernetisch. He is survived by: his wife Anna Mae Willis; his son Fred Jr.; his daughter-in-law Kelli Cernetisch of Florence, Kentucky; his daughter Bethany Cernetisch of Davenport, Iowa; his grandchildren, Owen Cernetisch, Emily Chewning (Will), Jonathon Hardiek and Amanda Harmon (Jordan); and his great grandchildren, Lillian, Maci, Maddie, Maleah and Makenna.
